Non-Returnable
Select items labeled as returnable on the product detail page are only eligible for returns.
However, in the unlikely event of a damaged, or different/wrong item being delivered to the customer, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable. We may contact the customer to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing a refund/replacement.
The customer may be asked for video or photo proof as per requirement.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and upon proper evaluation we can take further appropriate action
Exchanges
Seeds can't be exchanged or returned
Refund-
We don't entertain refund if seeds do not germinate. Seed germination can be affected due to many external and environmental factors. We check the germination rate of seeds available with us from time to time. We only send good quality seeds with better germination rate.
We have clearly mentioned in our shipping policy that it can take 5 to 7 days to dispatch/ship the order and . Once the order is dispatched/Shipped it can take 5 to 7 days to reach and but once the order reaches your/addressee loaction and is handed over to addressee - the order/ package reached Undamaged still the addressee do not claim the order for any baseless reason - we donot entertain Refund in such case.
If the problem/issue will be from our side and if the courier company failed to deliver the product because of ay issue or reason from our part or courier company part - We will take the reponsibility and will do the needeful . But after it reaches to customers's address and after the delivery customer changes the mind then we will not take the reponsibility.
If customers Unclaims the package without any valid reason(like damaged package) - It will not be our responsibility to resend the product/package. If customer still wants the package they will have to pay for the shipping charge again .
If the package reached/returned back to us - simply because of the mere reason that customer did not claim the order - in that case we will discuss with customer and our team and will come up with a conclusion.
But We will not refund the amount without any valid reason.
We donot entertain refund and we donot allow and we will not accept our resources , time and money being wasted because of customers irresponsible behavior.
Even if we will come up with a conclusion of refund - in that scenario also we will only partially refund the amount. Because packaging, shipping , tracking and keeping customers up to date. Takes lots of our time, resources and money. We are small online sellers , we cannot afford to do entertain such behavior.
So, We will not take reponsibility of Customer's Irresponsible action
Please note:- We love to serve our customer , we try to provide the best quality seeds.
We will take full reponsibility - if the issue/ problem will be from our part or if the package will be damaged at the time of delivery but will never entertain or take any responsibility of customer's irresponsible behavior or action.
Disclaimer: once the product is shipped and it reaches your address - we will not entertain the refund of the amount unless the package reached will be damaged or wrong items sent.
