Return & Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Only items explicitly marked as “Returnable” on the product detail page are eligible for return.

  • Seeds are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as they are perishable / semi-perishable goods.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • An incorrect or different item than what was ordered

Please contact us immediately upon delivery(within few hours of delivery).

After verification, we will offer either a partial refund or full refund or a free replacement, as applicable.

📸 Proof Required:
Customers may be required to provide clear photos and an unboxing video showing the issue for verification purposes.


3. Inspection Upon Delivery

We request customers to inspect their order as soon as it is delivered.
If any issue is identified, please notify us promptly so we can evaluate and resolve it appropriately.


4. Seeds – Important Disclaimer

  • Refunds or returns will not be provided for seeds that fail to germinate.

  • Seed germination depends on multiple environmental and external factors such as soil quality, climate, watering and care.

  • Seed germination and growth depend on the grower’s experience, cultivation practices, and environmental conditions as well.
  • We regularly test and supply only good-quality seeds with a healthy germination rate.


5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Seeds (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Items that are opened, used, or not in original packaging

  • Orders refused or unclaimed without a valid reason

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Delivery delays once the order has been successfully dispatched

  • Orders marked as delivered and received in undamaged condition


6. Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

  • Orders are dispatched within 3–7 business days.

  • Delivery may take an additional 5–7 business days after dispatch.

If the courier fails to deliver due to an issue from our side or the courier’s side, we will take full responsibility and resolve the matter.

However:

  • Once the package is delivered to the customer’s address, responsibility transfers to the customer.

  • If a customer refuses or fails to claim the package without valid reasons (e.g., damage), refunds will not be provided.

  • Re-shipping an unclaimed package will require the customer to pay shipping charges again.

  • Re-shipping an undelivered order due to incomplete or wrong address provided by customer will require the customer to pay shipping charges again.

7. Returned Packages Due to Non-Collection

If a package is returned to us due to non-collection by the customer:

  • The matter will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Any refund, if approved, will be partial only, as shipping, packaging, and handling costs are non-refundable.


8. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In rare cases where a refund is approved despite customer-related issues, the refund will be partial, excluding:

  • Shipping charges

  • Packaging costs

  • Handling and operational expenses

  • Seed quality damaged cost

As a small business, we strive to operate fairly and sustainably.


9. Fair Usage Policy

We reserve the right to decline refunds or replacements in cases of:

  • Unreasonable demands

  • Harassment or threatening behavior

  • Abuse of our policies

If necessary, we may escalate such matters through the platform’s official grievance or legal channels.


10. Final Disclaimer

Once an order has been shipped and successfully delivered to the customer’s address, refunds will not be entertained unless:

  • The product is damaged, or

  • An incorrect item was sent

  • Order remained undelivered from our end

** Please note- Seed related orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Cancellation cannot be entertained once the order is placed unless there is proper valid reason for it or some payment related issues.

For any payment related issues contact us within 24 hr. or 48 hours of placing the order.  

For any other valid issues- Contact within the same day of placing the order.

Once we receive the order processing gets started immediately.  Hence, no cancellation and no refund will be entertained once the order is placed unless there is valid reason for it. 

Please understand - seeds are semi perishable goods and processing and packing of seeds hampers the quality of seeds. So ,we cannot entertain customer's change of mind , as we are small business owner and we cannot bear such losses.

 

** Once your product/order is delivered please contact us within the same day of delivery if you have any issue related to the delivery of product/order with valid proof as mentioned above . Otherwise after 24 hours of delivery we consider and mark the delivery as successful. Later, we will not be able to entertain any sort of queries related to delivery of product.

We will always take full responsibility for issues arising from our side—but we cannot be held responsible for customer negligence or misuse.
