Shipping Policy

All orders placed will be shipped within a 7-10 days 

Minimum order value needs to be Rs 199 for the order to be shipped.

Shipping is free for all orders above ₹399

Orders below ₹399 will incur a modest ₹40  shipping cost.

Products will be shipped mostly via India Post (speed post) , DTDC, Delhivery  and once shipped it will be delivered within 5-7 business days.

Please note COD is not available

Offers:- Offer of Free Packs is valid only when individual packs ordered amounts to  999/-

Mostly we try to use Government Indian Speed post service for shipping our orders to avoid any fraud.

We share the tracking id with you(customer) on your provided email id's mostly on the same day we dispatch/ship your order. 

For shipping we use exact same address provided by customer 

We expect our customer to provide the complete, detailed and correct shipping address. 

In case of  insufficient or Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address- customers are required to contact us before the order gets dispatched/shipped 

Once order is dispatched from our warehouse - shipping address can't be edited or changed until the order gets returned back to us.

*Please note- In case of insufficient or Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address-

Our team/we will not take responsibility or we will not bear any responsibility in case of incomplete or insufficient address provided by the customer.

No refund will be entertained if the shipped order gets returned back to us due to above mentioned reason. 

If the order gets returned back to us and if the customer still wants the product they will have to provide the complete detailed address, along with that they will have to pay/bear the delivery charge again to get the order delivered to them.

Please note- order once placed cannot be cancelled. Cancellation cannot be entertained once the order is placed unless there is some payment/transactional  related issues. For any payment related issues contact us within 24 hrs. or 48 hours of placing the order, as once we receive the order,  processing gets started immediately.
