Methi Microgreen Seeds
Harvested at about two inches tall, these peppery seedlings are great in salads and cold soups. Their small size also makes them a great raw garnish to dishes. Usage and Storage: Convenient to directly use and store. Suggested to consume as fresh as possible.

How do you eat methi microgreens?
To dry, spread your microgreens on a sheet and bake at the lowest temperature setting for 20 minutes. Then mix into sauces, use for tea, or sprinkle on top of dishes as a spice! Of course I think fresh is always best - so here are a few of my favorite ways to use my homegrown fenugreek microgreens so far
